There are few friends on the path to freedom; most people would rather endure comfortable bondage in the arms of the System in the wide valley far below than experience the danger liberty offers. There, on the narrow path on the mountain it just keeps getting narrower until we have ditched every burden that drags us back and spend more time crawling on our knees than we do walking.

I've just finished reading the book - HIGHLY recommended. I've also read his 'God's Signature' - also really good. He really is a GREAT find. I was so thrilled after reading 'God's Signature', I found his site http://www.kesherweb.com/core/ and this:

and rang him to thank him. We had a lovely chat. I first read about his books via the Christmas newsletter of a Bible teacher, an old friend of ours, Chris Hill, who had Steve's books in his catalogue.
I can't tell you how exciting it is to go deeper in this way. But then you'll know that anyway!
I'm really happy to have found his books - I think they're exactly what the Body needs right now. And he's very balanced, very Word-based, and is very much aware of all the rather flakey Hebrew Roots stuff that tends to be out there, sadly.
